Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Requests
Customers may request to cancel their smart home product orders or service subscriptions by contacting our customer support at info@ultrasmart.my. Please provide your order number or account details to facilitate the process.

2. Notice Period
Product Orders: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the product has been shipped.

Service Subscriptions: A minimum of 30 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle is required for service cancellations.

3. Refunds

Products: If the product has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted, but returns may be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.

Services: Customers who cancel their service subscriptions with the required notice will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the service.

4. Return Policy
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Data Retention
Upon cancellation of services, customer data will be retained for 30 days. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted. Customers are advised to back up their data before cancellation.
